To celebrate my best friend’s birthday, we have decided to go Da Filippo Trattoria which located in Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui for her birthday dinner and we had a wonderful dinner there with capacious environment. Parma ham
Cured meat with a sweet and salty taste, it was moist and succulent, giving a complex and satisfying sensation. Also, it was a great combination that served with toasted bread.
Sea food Pizza
Pizza was served with thin-crust with large in size which is good for sharing. The pizza was awesomely thin and crispy with delicious and fresh seafood.
Squid ink spaghetti with caviar & red shrimps tartare
This is one of my favourite dishes! The pasta served with squid ink sauce would definitely delightful and al dente. Also, the red prawn tartare and caviar were very fresh and divine.
BBQ pork ribs
The ribs became a melt-in-the-mouth delight with rich barbecue sauce. It tasted sweet and smoky and so tender.
Eggnog éclair with saffron glaze
A fluffy pastry shell filled with rich and delicious eggnog cream, the creamy custard filling which taste pretty good.
For drink, we ordered Summer Magic (mango puree, yogurt, lychee syrup, lime) and Purple Rain (coaqua, lavender syrup, lemon), both were fresh and fruity which is perfect for summer!
