旺泰特食is at the heart of the Sai Kung downtown. The restaurant is small, but never lack of diners and not much to choose from. However, every dish they offer are handle with the care it deserve and am sure you would able to taste it yourself. The quality of the services is outstanding, highly efficient.Cuisine: ThaiFood rating: 5/10*Service: 5/10Ambiance: 4/10Price: HK$110pax* Food Rating: 6/10 is equivalent to 1 Michelin star, 8/10 to two Michelin stars, and 9/10 or above to three Michelin starsG

Grilled Pork Neck (6/10)
Refer to to the previous post.
Fried rice with minced beef with hot Thai basil & chilli (5/10)
Refer to to the previous post.
Pomelo Salad (3/10)
The Pomela was fresh, firm and sweet. The salad lacked some dressing and the nutty flavour was kinda different from usual, slight wired.
The curry have great colour, delicate and rich with good heat. The chicken was fairly seasoned and tender. However, the curry was poured inside the bread, which I suppose it should match like naan/roti. But the texture its different, not my cup of tea.
The veg was stir-fried with chilli and coconut. It was nicely seasoned, slightly sweet and the veg wasn’t over cook, yet it was still crispy.
It wasn’t the most ideal dish, personally I don’t think this is local Thai food, perhaps localised. The omelette was seasoned nicely; it wasn’t too dry or undercooked. The baby oysters were juicy and creamy. Not bad, but just wired combination.
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
