The steak is being slow-cooked for 3 hours to give the steak a more tangy and layered texture. 👩🏻🍳I agree that it is quite soft and chewy. However, I do not think the beefy juice is preserved very well, 🤔and the grilled corn and corn sauce a bit too sweet that does not go too well with the beef.🌽 However, it’s an interesting taste.
