😆with the $200 coupon, went for a hotpot again. Quite enjoy hotpot at different branches here as the food arrive reasonably quick. The meat was always nice and the rest of the ingredients were also fresh. If you have a few friends, it would be a perfect place to catch up and eat. Went at 6ish on a weekday and the place was already filling up. 👍🏻Ordered the assorted meats (with pork, lamb and beef). All of them tasted really good and flavourful. Highly recommend also the cow tripes.The put the tripes on ice so the texture was really good when it went in the hotpot. Not too soggy. The rest was just seasonal veggies.
👌🏻The soup base was really nice so you don’t need a lot of extra seasonings. But they do provide usually soybean sauce with or without chilli.
😉Despite the full booking, the staff was efficient and attentive so thumb’s up for them.
