What can I say? I’m impressed by everything, the atmosphere, the service, the food. I’m AMAZED. For starters, the Wagyu tartare with botanebi and carviar is SO good and it’s probably one of my favourite dish of the entire course. We also had like a Wagyu appetiser assortment, the jelly is a bit too much for me, but the tenderloin tempura is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, loved it.
