4. My friend ordered the soufflé and could only enjoy it after she has been to the counter for 3 times within 30 mins. She ordered it and was asked to return after 10 mins to pick up the soufflé (the waiter will not arrange for the delivery because he is responsible for making soufflés, the pancakes and some other work, he is fully occupied and does not have spare capacity for delivery of soufflé). After 10 mins, it was found that the soufflé was taken away by other customers (the waiter will not keep a record as to which table has ordered the soufflé). After another 10 mins, the soufflé was burnt (because the waiter does not have spare eyes to look after the soufflé baking process) and my friend was asked to go back again in 10 mins. My friend could only enjoy that little soufflé after a total of 30 mins. and walking back and forth a few times.
