Pic 1️⃣: Kilo Burger (+$50hkd) 🍔
— Burger was pretty good, the patty was juicy and well seasoned. The BBQ brisket was really flavour and tender too, and I really enjoyed the chunks of smoked bacon that added to the rich smoky flavours in the burger. Personally thought this could’ve done with an acidic element as the BBQ flavours were a bit too overpowering at times.


Pic 2️⃣: Brandt USDA Prime Holstein, Grain-fed, Fresh Cut Coulotte Steak (5oz) 🥩
— The steak had a nice sear on it but unfortunately under-seasoned. The steak was also a bit tough and hard to chew.


Pic 3️⃣: Kilo Chocolate Fudge Sundae 🍨
— Dessert here deserves some special attention! This was heavenly. I could easily have another one of these despite how full I was. The chocolate ice cream was rich and creamy, which went perfectly with the decadent fudgy brownie chunks. There were so many different elements and textures to this dessert so every bite felt like a surprise.


Pic 4️⃣: Vanilla Cheesecake 🍰
— Cheesecake was velvety smooth and not overly dense. It’s well balanced by the acidic black cherry compote on the side.


Pic 5️⃣: Sweet Corn Velouté 🌽
— Loved the subtle smoky flavours in this and how strong the corn tasted. The deviled crab cake on top was so delicious too, super well seasoned and made with a very generous amount of crab meat. Great on its own or dunked in the soup!


Pic 6️⃣: Burrata 🧀
— Burrata wasn’t very creamy and lacked flavour to it. The smoky flavours from the fire roasted tomatoes and red peppers really masked any other flavour that was there on the plate.


Pic 7️⃣: Limpin Susan, Rice, Okra
— Name sounded interesting so we gave it a try 😂 The rice was a bit hard/dry, but I did enjoy the sesame oil + okra combination. Will definitely be recreating this at home!
