点解发现呢间餐厅,系因为喺网上面睇咗Chef Ricky… 当然我唔会盲目相信佢…. 不过睇片觉得真系唔错,如果中伏为咪次咁多啦… 于是今晚捉咗好姊妹及友人一齐去叫鸡… (因为传闻中佢嘅鸡好好食)去之前好姊妹睇吓食评,发觉点解啲人讲到咁差…本来佢谂住唔嚟….我同佢讲试一次!我想讲无悔!七日后会再嚟!我非常欢迎打手继续写衰佢,咁样冇人同我争食😊首先Chef Eric 好识得拣酒。本身我系一个好钟意自己带酒去餐厅饮嘅人,不过今晚试过佢嘅酒,我会选择以后去Homy, 我唔会带酒。我会take their advice and pay a premium for their wine! 😀 总括而言,每一个小食我都clear the dish, including cheese and ham and cucumber and olives… 每一个配菜都系悉心挑选,即使粒橄榄都非常好食!佢令我感觉自己置身于意大利一样!

☺️ 平反佢只鸡!我唔知道之前想食评嘅人佢个口系咪有病,定系条脷失去知觉…. 能够煮得出香滑嘅烧鸡…. 咁样嘅价钱… 绝对好过Batard… 当然如果你钟意打咭,呃like, 食环境,咁你去坚尼地城啦…

我超钟意their grilled chicken. It is less than 3kg amd the portion is perfect for 2-4 persons. So tender and the skin is sooooo juicy… i feel like i am having roasted duck coz the fragrance from the fat is sooooooooooo lovely! 仲有佢只鸡系用特别嘅方法腌制…. 我同朋友觉得超好食!

😊 mussels … 我有一个朋友,佢男朋友喺法国系大厨,就连港女最钟意嘅H 都会揾去煮饭… 记得发个大厨同我讲,青口最好喺europe食… 因为好难保持新鲜… 今晚嘅青口系超级新鲜….配料亦都非常清新….我咁讲喺香港最好味!

当然不能不提佢嘅芝士蛋糕!果然师承文华酒店!

其实好多嘢都好好食…

我今次写食评只不过系想帮佢平反…..
