You can eat it together with the seaweed (although it’s supposed to be just for decoration )

It’s smartly seasoned to reduce the heaviness
Fat but not overloading

Very fulfilling texture and exciting to see the strong smoking effect



-Sushi selection
I like how the sushi is slightly warm in your plate
Can feel the hearted messages from the chef haha
The rice is slightly acidic to bring out the umami of the fish
Todays highlight : kinmedai ,Hokkigai,akami tuna ,sardine roll,uni wagyu rice bowl, Hokkaido abalone in sake rice bowl
