Diving straight into their signature Braised beef soba noodles, served in their rich beef bone soup. The soup was very flavorful, taste of mild sweetness and was could taste that it was definately GMS free! Soba noodles was chewy, yet sufficiently soft, timing of the noodles was cooked spot on!

I also ordered the marinated platter to top the noodles. The portion of noodles with snack is just right. For those looking for a healthy meal, this noodle shop is a nice place to go visit.
