A very hearty Japanese small restaurant hidden in Tai On Building.

What a nice surprise I had today at after the lunch hour in Sai Wan Ho. I came across a Japanese restaurant right after some grocery shopping. The pull up banner outside the restaurant grabbed my attention, it was like waving at me and inviting me to go inside... . I just could not resist the Snapper fish Udon in Pork Bone Soup.

The snapper has a lean, firm texture. The flesh is white and  delicate, has a mildly sweet and fresh taste. It doesn't smell or taste fishy AT ALL.
They use fresh Udon and not dry Udon. Yes, it has a world of a different between the two.  The soup is rich and creamy white in colour, very flavourful. The cabbage in the bowl was very in-season.  I almost forgot to mention the fried tofu skin in the bowl, it was a brilliant idea. The fried tofu skin (yellow in colour)  with a strong soy aroma absorbed all the rich soup.  Trust me, it might be more delicious then you think.

When I was waiting for my food, I could see more yummy dishes they were bringing to the other foodies, I believe apart from the Udon I had this afternoon, the quality of other food is also high here as well.
