Heard of this Italian restaurant for long and it is definitely too late for my first visit! I just love this kind of causal eatery with homey food and extensive and well-crafted wine list❤️𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿Some very nice snacks as the starter to go with the wine. I especially love the pickled celery. It has very intense sour at the first bite while the mild sweetness emerges snd lingers. This is by far the best pasta🍝 I have had in 2021. All their pasta are homemade and make-to-order. The wild boar’s unique gamey flavour is so strong and rich as if a bomb 💣 that explodes in your palate. This flat and rough pasta is perfect for this meaty ragu sauce and each piece carries loads of sauce. The al-dente texture just gives my teeth the best chewing experience that I still crave for right now😋
𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻
The most famous main here. A perfectly cooked medium rare steak 🥩 is undoubtedly delicious. The char on the outside is aromatic and adds extra flavour to the meat. The anchovy butter 🧈 unexpectedly matches the steak. It is an umami x umami combination😆
𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟲
A very easy drinking one🍷 with great leather, tabasco and oaky profile with more black fruit coming after a while. A balanced one with complexity. Very much enjoyed this wine and love the extensive wine list curated by Giorgio de Maria😍
