This is the second time I succumbed to the irresistible temptation of the heavenly green tea Swiss roll cake in the month. The cakes, reportedly handmade daily ensuring freshness, are of a spongy yet fulfilling consistency. The cream is thick and results in a perfect cake-to-cream ratio which renders each bite a succulent satisfaction. The green tea flavour is strong yet there is only a minimal (if not completely absent) tint of bitterness. The only negative points I could think of are - the cal
