Before my personal training session, I have been telling myself: “after this daunting workout session, I am going to dig in the chicken salad from Kale.” to motivate myself for that extra push and I did !And I am so glad that I have found Kale in my cutting/ strict diet process. I still got two meals left for the day so I asked for a large salad. As my boyfriend tagged along and I would want to share some of the salad with him who had eaten nothing for the whole day but just a cheeky Mcdonald afternoon tea which included a hamburger, small Fanta and 4 chicken wings. He said he was so full and couldn’t eat much. And eventually, he didnt eat much... I managed to devour the entire thing on my own without finishing the chicken though.
As a person who is on strict diet now, I am very curious about their serving portion for the chicken- which seems to be so much!
I have inboxed them and ask for the following fact for the serving of the chicken in small and large salad:
Small: 150g chicken
Large: 210g chicken
To save money, I would recommend ordering the large one and save the rest for the next morning, like what I did
The chicken didnt taste as fresh but it was okay and it was very handy for me during this cutting process
My boyfriend who didnt have much appetite ordered the Kale Dyno which included Kale and apple. He said it was quite filling but it was quite sugary as well.

Probably one thing to criticise would be the sitting area which is honestly quite packed... I hurt myself for bombarding into chairs for a number of times. Apart from that, everything was more than fine!
