Just walked by and something caught my attention, their ice cream, such eye catching and mouth watering.🤤So I have ordered two ice cream.🤣When I was lining up I noticed the chefs were japanese, so I took a look at their work behind the scene. What's amazing about this pafait it's the combination that it has, a mixed blend ice cream of espresso and milk from Japan.🇯🇵
A layer of cake which taste outstanding on its own but instead giving the parfait an extra twist.🤔 The main attention of the parfait must be the caramelised custard pancake freshly made once ordered, the cruspy and sweetness of the caramel matches the softness of the pancake, following by the smoothness of the custard.😋🤤 It's a firework in my mouth.🌋
