Having Tapas diner at 5 star hotel is not as luxurious as imagine. Reasonable pricing , generous portions, top presentation and quality food . I am definitely coming back . What a fab eve on treasure hunting this place !Big chunk of asparagus wrap with the touch of black truffles. worth for what I am paying .  Scallops taste fresh and crispy on the edge of the surface. Very refreshing summary onion sauce to go with. The onion is pretty spicy yet sweet at the same time. It's a lovely combination in the summer. So don't forget to put them 
altogther  in a bite .

 If you are a fan of spicy food, go for this one . You gotta order this.  It is full of flavours and it feels a bit complex.

 You will find duck confit pretty dry or tough easily in most restaurants. This one is impressively juicy and tender. It is so juicy that I can actually compare with chicken leg . Without too much taste from marination , it is already delicious enough. Also, the grill potato slices serve it on the side ,definitely is a bonus . yummm.. . the portion of it can serve it as a main course . What a generous tapas size for a 5 star hotel!

 Salt and pepper calamari is rather Chinesey and dry . It is a lot of it . I just couldn't finish it .

I am surprise I can get "fish and chips" at tapas bar in HK , plus serving with vinegar. Cod fish is very smooth and tender. .The batter shell is just like how it is like when I had it in London . Again , it's a true main course portion for this one. Such a reasonable price. I can even come back on the days I want just fish and chips. Lovely!
题外话/补充资料： Thank you that I have a double glaze at the bill. They charged me a bottle of wine when I only had a glass by mistake. A few hundred difference if I overlooked.
