As always, desserts are the highlight of every meal and we were fully blown away by the Sweet Dream
The cloud-shaped confection comes in either white or blue (sold out when we visited) and is actually a raspberry and Greek yogurt mousse cake covered in a layer of marshmallow. Although the outer layer was quite sweet (as expected), it went surprisingly well with the tartness of the spongy inner cake and buttery biscuit base
