A humble restaurant located in 天后. In this restaurant, you can discover some of the most wonderful delicacies.In my last visit, the list of things that I ordered includes the 関西蚝锅, 清酒大蚬, 北海道半熟帆立贝, 冲海绳葡萄 and 半熟龙虾. In my last visit, the list of things that I ordered includes the 関西蚝锅, 清酒大蚬, 北海道半熟帆立贝, 冲海绳葡萄 and 半熟龙虾. All the dishes that I ordered were vastly different and very unique, an experience that I feel, is unlike those that you can easily find anywhere else. And best was they all tasted really amazing.
I particularly enjoy the 清酒大蚬 because it really introduces me to a very unique way for how clams are prepared - being boiled in sake, a japanese alcohol which gave it a very unique yet nice taste.
Another dish which I enjoyed thoroughly as well was the 冲海绳葡萄. Although i’m not exactly sure what it was initially, I decided to take a leap of faith and gave it a try after a bit of persuasion from my friend. Turns out I really enjoyed it and ended up finishing most of it in the end. 
Overall I feel that it was quite an eye opening experience. Apart from that the food were exceptional and definitely worth a try!
