I want to let you know about my little find in the lanes in Central, apparently opened early this year. Toasted Deli. It’s a breath of fresh and a little haven from the hustle and bustle of Central. I tried the spicy beef salad the first time I went, 12 hour slow cooked - with a nice Thai dressing. I took my kids another time and we had breakfast - one had a bacon roll, the other had a toasted cheese and ham croissant- both were deemed a big hit by them. I had an omelette with smoked salmon and chives. The staff are so friendly and chatty and will make you any breakfast you like (if they have the ingredients). Which is good to know. So we’ll be back.
