Affinity Kitchen has always been my favorite place for Laksa but it’s been awhile since I last had their Laksa, it’s time to pay them a visit😊I really like how rich their broth is, the taste of coconut milk is a little overpowering but I like it that way and I also like how creamy their broth is☺️They gave me quite a lot of ingredients, shrimps, shredded chicken, fish cakes and and the usual stuff, nothing too extraordinary, but the cockles is one thing made them my favorite laksa place. They gave me quite a lot of ingredients, shrimps, shredded chicken, fish cakes and and the usual stuff, nothing too extraordinary, but the cockles is one thing made them my favorite laksa place. You don’t see that very often in HK and it makes their laksa taste 10 times better than usual laksa😋
Given that it’s been awhile but their quality never disappoint😊
