Dinner for 4. Sat in the main dining room; could hear karaoke noises coming out of the private rooms. Decided to go for the “百变海鲜餐”; 七折品尝价每位$348.Here’s what we had.杏汁炖白肺: very watery- disappointing. 翡翠炒虾球: not bad. 菠萝咕噜肉: pleasant surprise! Sauce was the sticky kind; exterior was crunchy; meat tasted fresh and tender. 清蒸海星斑: which came after a looooooooong interval. Nicely cooked tho- doneness was perfect; sauce could be a bit more flavorful. (Too eager to dig in so forgot to take photo.)鲜竹上汤浸菜苗
