Over the past decade, TamJai has been one of the most popular restaurant chains in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 . Rice vermicelli, also known as Mixian, is what you must try. The extent of spiciness is up to you and is divided into 10 grades. As a spicy lover, 'five small spicy' is my all-time favourite🥵. After choosing spiciness, you have to make decision on the condiments. For condiment, i favour pork belly and bamboo raft. The texture of bamboo raft is really good and indescribable. You must try it!
