Their chu toro and otoro comes with 3 slices each. All were super fatty. The chu toro melted in my mouth immediately. The otoro had a little bit of tendon but it’s alright given its price point. The sweet shrimp was good and can sort of change things up a bit other than all tuna 😆
It is nice that they give you options to choose in terms of either plain or sushi rice. I am a sushi rice person as I needed the rice vinegar to go with the fatty tuna. I enjoyed their sushi rice as they do use good quality Japanese rice.
The second bowl is their deluxe sashimi bowl set with 8 type of shashimi. Though as not thickly cut as compared to the self choice bowl, it’s still good quality and quantity given it’s just HK$250!
All bowl sets come with salad, miso soup, chawanmushi and pickles. Really satisfying.
Added their fried chicken skin dumplings which is crunchy and juicy. Would go so well with beer!
Doraya don’t accept booking at the moment. I am sure this place is gonna get so popular when people start resuming work, so give it a try before the queue!

Revisit: 10/10 (already planned the next visit!)
