After our soccer session has ended, we were feeling hungry and tired, thus decided to have dinner together before heading back home. Iced red bean and grass jelly milk was milky and smooth. Grass jelly was smooth and chewy and red bean was sweet and chewy too.
Pork ribs and peanut soup was clear, with no MSG tasted, absorbing the essence of the ingredients used.
Steamed fish with rice - Steamed fish was steamed till soft and smooth, fresh in taste too. Soy sauce helped to bring out the flavour and sliced ginger helped to cover the raw smell of the fish. There were alot of brittle bone in the fish.
We ordered some bun such as cha siu bun, pork floss bun and spicy ham pizza. They were served fresh on the spot and the chef was generous with the ingredients in the bun. They were chewy and flavourful.
Fried prawn cake - It was fried till crispy and juicy, chewy as well. Thai sweet and sour sauce was provided to go along with it.
Black pepper beef burger - The serving was huge, consisting of potato wedges and scrambled egg. Potato wedges was fried till soft and crispy and scrambled egg was soft and smooth, sweet in taste. A thick layer of black pepper sauce was spread onto the bun, and was strong in flavour. Beef patty was tender and juicy as well.
Handmade noodles with braised chicken thigh and wings - Handmade noodles was chewy, going well with the minced pork and sauce provided. Braised chicken thigh and wing were juicy and sweet, absorbing the essence of the braised sauce.
