Thumb up Thumb Up!!We have been to TenYoshi for both lunch and dinner quite often but as a fans of OpenRice should know that TenYoshi and Sushi Hiro is owned by same person, their food quality is one of the best Japanese restaurant in town. They are share menu anyway. This is my 1st time visited Sushi Hiro (CWB) and sit at the bar table, we have had a happy dinner with fresh and tasty food. This is my 1st time visited Sushi Hiro (CWB) and sit at the bar table, we have had a happy dinner with fresh and tasty food. After the dinner, waist of me & my boyfriend gained 2 inches at that night!
We gave free hand to the Cantonese speaking main Chef to decide our sushi, we tasted over 10 different kinds of sushi (大拖罗, 金木魶, 象拔蚝, 赤贝, 秋刀, 左口, 大池鱼, 海胆, 牡丹虾, 半生熟maguro and 1 kind imported from Hokkaido) and re-order some of out-standing one (大拖罗, 金木魶, 象拔蚝, 左口) as sashimi; we have also side ordered some fish, prawn & vegi tempura.
Those delicious sushi & sashimi just cost HKD800 per head, as a super fans of Japanese food, we think it's worth.
However, we just disappointed about one of their gimmick that was not our order but from other side table -- beef tapanyaki 铁板烧牛肉-- one of the waiteress was 'cooking' such dish in the middle of a small shop which we think their ventilation may not suitable to do so and made us smell so oily!!
