So one could try different types of broth soup at one time.Try black chicken, yim-sei pei dan, and seafood broth soup .I esp like the making of your own sauce........e.g. chung fa, chilli, garlic, satay, curry,wasabi, soy sauce, chilli paste......USA oysters are very very big and juicy!beef----very very slim cut indeed.....the so called set is average....but the udon is quite good!Desserts----ready
