Today, we went to a great Vietnamese restaurant located at Tin Hau - Chao Chao. We didn't plan to go there, but it caught my eyes when I walked pass. The interior design of the restaurant is pretty hipster - the neon light and graphic on the wall made its stand that they want the restaurant to be cool. We ordered the raw beef pho. The pho is pretty good, much better than the overpriced pho I had in central. The soup is very flavorful, not too sweet, just hope I like it. The meat is pretty good q

We also ordered the chicken skews. The satay sauce that came with it was very good. The chicken is very tender and juicy.

The soft shell crab wrap is pretty amazing. The portion is huge, enough to be shared with 4 people. The rice noodle perfectly balanced out the crispy soft shell crab.

The butter fried chicken is the winner of the entire meal. Not only it's super crispy and juicy, the butter flavor is nothing I've ever tasted in Hong Kong. Absolutely must try indeed.
Overall, this is a pretty good Vietnamese restaurant. I enjoy the food here as well as the environment. The stuffs are very nice too. If you happen to pass by, have a try!Hipster Vietnamese spot
