We didn't know the Honeymoon Dessert in IFC was closed until we tried to fax the order form to its old fax number. The desserts were made in CWB shop and then sent to our office in Central.Special thanks to colleague A for treating us desserts! I ordered Mango Pomelo & Sago Sweet Soup served with Tofu Pudding. A surprisingly big take-away bowl for this dessert, and after the transfer from CWB to Central, the Tofu Pudding was still in good condition, piece-by-piece, the mango was cut to really sm
Special thanks to colleague A for treating us desserts! I ordered Mango Pomelo & Sago Sweet Soup served with Tofu Pudding. A surprisingly big take-away bowl for this dessert, and after the transfer from CWB to Central, the Tofu Pudding was still in good condition, piece-by-piece, the mango was cut to really small pieces. We were quite satisfied as other desserts were also cold enough and served like dining-in.
The texture of Tofu Pudding was okay, a bit rough and could be smoother. Mango Pomelo & Sago Sweet Soup was excellent, room to improve for the watery sauce, if it could be more concentrated then it'd be perfect. The amount of Mango and Pomelo slices were half-half.
For HK style dessert in office, it deserves a "good" comment given the package arrangement and the taste. Worth a try. But, remember to order from CWB shop instead of the old shop in Central next time.
