鸡蛋仔, definitely one of Hong Kong’s most iconic street food. Pass by sheung wan this afternoon and saw this place. I was choosing between matcha, banana and the original, my favorite flavours. Asked the staff for recommendation and ordered the original as he said banana will definitely be very sweeeet lol, waited around 3 mins. It has a very firm texture, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Taste-wise, I would like it better if there’s more egg and milky flavor.I think it’s ok in general mainl

I think it’s ok in general mainly for the texture but if I need to wait for 5mins or more, prolly will passas I always avoid the queue and crowds
