Visited AMMO for lunch, they’re a participant in the HK restaurants week with a special lunch set at $198pp. I ordered the beef carpaccio as the starter - very impressed with its striking and distinct flavour! For the main course, I picked the prawn linguine with mentaiko cream sauce. They were quite generous with the portions there with 5 big prawns perfectly cooked! For dessert I chose the matcha tiramisu - I’m not that big a fan of deconstructed dishes but the tiramisu overall did have a stro

For the main course, I picked the prawn linguine with mentaiko cream sauce. They were quite generous with the portions there with 5 big prawns perfectly cooked! For dessert I chose the matcha tiramisu - I’m not that big a fan of deconstructed dishes but the tiramisu overall did have a strong matcha flavour, and I particularly liked the biscuit. Quite a decent experience!
