In the humble nondescript part of Yuen Long, among property agents and sundry businesses one could find this eatery. I surmise very probably another victim of property hegemony such that the interior can accommodate only 2 to 3 customers standing. You are not supposed to eat there though 3 tightly packed seats are available facing the wall, legroom is out of question.Without a sticker at the entrance it is difficult to imagine it is on the Michelin list, and even more difficult to attract cust

Without a sticker at the entrance it is difficult to imagine it is on the Michelin list, and even more difficult to attract customer with the blasé decoration at the entrance.
As usual the first on the menu is the signature dish of the eatery, I always go for the signature dish in my first visit, before deciding whether I'll pay the shop another visit for other dishes in the future.
