Hi Everyone. I am a businessman, I often meet the client on different style of restaurant. But I like the Japanese style restaurant most. Nowadays, Hong Kong has different type of cuisine. But the quality, service and cleanness are not very well.A few days ago, I want to have reservation on Japanese restaurant to hold family day. A few days ago, I want to have reservation on Japanese restaurant to hold family day. I accept my friend recommendation to have dinner on Hachiouji. I have surprise the taste of food and beverage, the service of employee and the decoration and cleanness of restaurant.
In the beginning, the supervior or manager recommend the French oyster and Canada sea urchin. I ask him the oyster is fresh or not? Because I have taste not fresh oyster on the hotel before, the taste is vomit. He tell me this is fresh, taste cream and add little of lemon sauce, the taste is perfect. The tasting of oyster is very well and I have order two more. Also he says sea urchin is seasonal seafood, we are the first customer to taste them.
Finally, we taste the fried rice with asparagus & wagyuniku. They are use stone to keep rice warm and wet. Also we order dessert of sesame and tofu ice cream. We are enjoying the meal and service of this restaurant very well. I will recommend this restaurant to my friend and come back again.
