There are three flavours for the cookies, Double chocolate, White chocolate and Chocolate chips.
The Double chocolate is rich in chocolate flavour.
The White chocolate is as expected, very sweet with no chocolate flavour.
The chocolate chips is a balance between the two. The chocolate flavour gradually emerges in the mouth.
The shop manager said that all the ingredients and the dough are imported from their head office in UK, so the flavour and texture of both places are the same.
The flavour of the cookies are very ordinary but the texture is a very home-made type. I can taste that there are no excessive additives. I cannot help eating them up as quickly as possible worrying that they will rotten very quickly.
Although the cookies are a bit loose in texture, they are very crunchy -- Thumbs Up!
The bagel and the brown roll seem ordinary but I can tel that the ingredients are really fresh. The flour is of good quality. The brown roll is not so "hard" as it looks.
Selling at $6 each is really at good bargain.
Marks & Spencer products are very promising.
