Opened for 20+ years, Seki Tei is an izayaka in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the simplistic wooden Japanese decor reflected its history, creating a homey atmosphere. Serving any Japanese dishes you can think of, the dinner began with a whole Kuromutsu 黑鯥 sashimi freshly flown from Japan, I liked how they seared the skin to give that oily smoky note. For sushis, the Hokkaido Sea Urchin Gunkan was top-notch, super fresh & creamy; Shima-Aji nigiri was delicious too with nice fattiness & right texture.

They also serve special chicken skewers like Chicken Skin, Liver & Heart. Along with delicacies like Crispy Eel w/ Yuzu, Beef Tongue & Tomato Pork Roll. The Beef Short Rib Steak was on point too.
