Fleur de Sel isn’t as spacious and well furnished as Le Crêperie in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, but the dining experience is more intimate and the food excellent and good value for money. Menu is focused, but there are daily specials on the board. The drinks menu looks interesting with some unusual beers as well. This is a fairly handy crêpe joint for a casual meal and staff was friendly on our visit. I would return and do recommend this place for readers who like crêpes.Food RundownCamembert wit
Food Rundown
Heavy for two but no doubt a gratifying appetizer.
Savory and enjoyable choice with root vegetables braised in a homey sauce and some pan-fried mushrooms (slightly too greasy), artichokes, cured meat and crunchy salad laying atop a fine Breton galette. It’s always a pleasure nibbling the crispy edges of galettes.
My favorite kind of salad—typically comes with tuna, an egg and some beans. The portion size was perfect and the ingredients fresh (although I would have liked my egg hard-boiled instead).
Not very good. The coffee was freshly brewed, though—I would recommend considering another brand of coffee beans and milk.
