I usually have breakfast with my child at weekends. We decided to have some pies this time. But when we arrived, we saw a new dish—pancakes with honey and butter. We gave it a try with an extra bagel with cream cheese. The pancakes were firm but not too hard. Good enough for a kid but too sweet for me. If we ordered pancakes from McDonald’s, we got much larger ones. I know it’s a bit unfair to compare this way, but when you have kids with you, you will consider more things when you eat out.
Luckily we still had a bagel with cream cheese, which was as good as usual.
