This is one of the dishes that we love in HK. It’s simple yet very comforting. We love how generous they are with the toppings and the size of the smooth silky egg.We came a bit late (1:30pm) and they already ran out of the char siu egg rice 🥲.We ordered the pork chop egg rice and the shrimp rice instead. The pork chops are tender and moist. The shrimps are huge, glossy like a crystal and meat is crispy!Don’t forget to pour the soy sauce to enhance the flavour! If you don’t want it to be too sal

Don’t forget to pour the soy sauce to enhance the flavour! If you don’t want it to be too salty, you can pour it slowly using your spoon.
