There are not much restaurants to choose in Heng Fa Chuen. 谭仔三哥is one of the restaurant that is always packed with people. I ordered a noodle with fishball in 3 small spicy. This spicy level is at my right level that I can bear. The noodle is soft and the fishball is al denta. However, there may be much MSG in the soup and you may get thirsty after eating the noodle.
