I am the Bull Demon King, so the 616 meat cut is perfect for me. The taste was good when I dined at the Tsuen Wan branch. Since there were only two of us, we only ordered four different cuts of beef - the chuck flap, hanging tender, beef tripe, and honeycomb tripe. Each cut had its own unique flavor. You have to try them all to appreciate the different tastes and textures of each cut of meat.
