Horrible experience !

This experience urged me to post for the first time. We went there for dinner. Everything seemed nice initially until the bald waiter served us steaks with French fries. He slipped the fries on the table while placing other ordered food, he picked them all up with his hand and PUT THEM BACK FOR US TO EAT. Never in our lives have we experienced such service, not even in any cheap eateries. We asked for a new set of fries and in less than 3 minutes, he brought the fries again. No idea they were th

This experience urged me to post for the first time. We went there for dinner. Everything seemed nice initially until the bald waiter served us steaks with French fries. He slipped the fries on the table while placing other ordered food, he picked them all up with his hand and PUT THEM BACK FOR US TO EAT. Never in our lives have we experienced such service, not even in any cheap eateries. We asked for a new set of fries and in less than 3 minutes, he brought the fries again. No idea they were the original ones or freshly prepared ones. He then asked if we needed pepper, however what he brought was mustard while he was still saying “pepper for you”. From beginning to end, his facial expression remained the same and we didn’t even hear any sorry. He appeared to be in a senior position as English speaking and wearing a suit which differentiated him from other Cantonese speaking waiters in cardigans. Never will we go back again! Don’t want to give the stars in service and hygiene actually!
