Koi was always my favourite bubble tea store back in Singapore. the bubbles are tiny and chewy yet tastes artificial. I however never expected the Koi in Hong Kong would be that bad. Price wise, like any other tea stores in Hong Kong, is reasonable. The size however is tiny. I ordered a medium golden bubble in Hazelnut milk tea, when I received the drink, it is a 12oz paper cup. which my phone is even bigger The taste is horrible, it's nothing like hazelnut but only tasteless milk tea with subt

The taste is horrible, it's nothing like hazelnut but only tasteless milk tea with subtle sweetness. The bubble tastes nothing like those I had in Singapore. They taste absolutely artificial
The so call customer service is basically no service at all. My partner does not speak good Cantonese so he asked for the drink in English at the first place. The female cashier was showing a face of disapprove, did not even react to what he said. I was shock with the service as I thought Hong Kongers learn English since nursary? Even you don't know a word of English, you can at least say Excuse me and then carry on in Cantonese. I called them back after I took the drink to question the proper size of drink, the female who picked up the phone was extremely ride and arrogant, tried to avoid my question with talking non sense.
Koi, I am unsure how your business operates in Hong Kong. Either it is franchise or international expansion, allowing this kind of poor standard of service and low quality of drinks is definitely not doing your business a favour. Please do something about it.
