Horrible service and food. Never waste your money

I went there with my friends during my recent visit to Hong Kong.  I was there couple years ago and their fry dough wrapped in rice flour wrappings was excellent.  So this time I revisited and asked for the same dish.  I specifically asked the waitress for the crispy version as I know sometimes they have it soft.  The waitress yelled that they do not serve any crispyversion, theirs are soft.  Like it or not, that is the only one they have.  Had she spoken to me nicely,it would be fine.  But she

I went there with my friends during my recent visit to Hong Kong.  I was there couple years ago and their fry dough wrapped in rice flour wrappings was excellent.  So this time I revisited and asked for the same dish.  I specifically asked the waitress for the crispy version as I know sometimes they have it soft.  The waitress yelled that they do not serve any crispyversion, theirs are soft.  Like it or not, that is the only one they have.  Had she spoken to me nicely,it would be fine.  But she yelled at the top of her lung and the whole restaurant was staring at our table.  This is the worst service I have ever encountered in Hong Kong.  We were all mad at this experience.  However, since my friends have already ordered, we just stayed.  The rice soup they ordered were horrible.  Not much meat inside, just pure water with a few drops of rice.  I think for the price they charged (at least 20% higher than other local stores), the staff should have better training and the food should improve.  According to my understanding, the fry dough wrapped in the rice wrapping should be soft outside but crispy inside.  I can understan that once in a while, it may be soft.  But according to the yelling of the waitress, that seems to be the norm of this restaurant.  Please do not go there until you want someone to ruin your day.  In a plaza nearby, we find a local restaurant served much better food and with more friendly waitresses.
