It was a very disappointing service. I went there for lunch with a friend. We noticed that there was no one at the reception to lead us in. Seeing that there were many empty seats inside, we went in and took an empty table. When we wanted to order, a waiter accused us very rudely of walking in and taking a seat that should have been reserved only, saying, 'THAT'S NOT OKAY.' The table had no signs indicating that it was reserved, and while other staff members saw us come and sit, they did not rem

The table had no signs indicating that it was reserved, and while other staff members saw us come and sit, they did not remind us of anything. So we had absolutely no idea that the table was reserved. If she had kindly reminded us with a polite attitude, we wouldn't have had any concerns. However, her mean attitude made us feel very insulted.
Despite the tasty food and nice environment, I would not accept such service. I saw a few customers also voicing out that they were badly treated by the receptionist and felt horrible about the service. I truly hope the company can treat this seriously.
