I think you know what I mean when you see this untouched photo of the noodles… I ordered Big Fishball and Cuttlefish Roll to go with my Potato Noodles, and opted for mild Sichuan Spicy.
It was the worst kind of spicy soup broth, just pouring lots of chili oil doesn’t make it a legit Sichuan Spicy broth, it just made the noodles very nasty to eat.
The potato noodles had a strong burnt taste…I guess they were stuck at the bottom of the pot when the cook was preparing it. Even though the chili oil kinda masked the taste of everything, I could still smell and taste the burnt…Horrid!
And the toppings were quite pricey. For HKD$7 you have only one big fishball, and only one cuttlefish roll for HKD$12…Nonetheless, they tasted good, would be better without the chili oil…
I would never go back to All in Noodles ever. If you want to try it, judge it yourself but don’t go for the Sichuan Spicy soup base…
