Arrived at 5:45 pm (i.e. already after busy Tea time). Found the hot dog bread is no longer hot, probably already been toasted for more than 15 min. Did request to re_toast again, but been rejected. Since it's off_peak hour, he's just standing there with nothing to do. Why not just spend 5 seconds to put the bread in toaster and wait for half minute. So the bread can be hot & crispy, which can definitely help the hot dog taste much better.
