the interior design was okay. the food and drinks were nothing special (as expected for an upstairs cafe). but the service was pretty bad.we ordered 1 x norwegian salmon w/ fries, 1 x black peppered beef tenderloin w/ fries, 2 x baked seafood w/ penne and cheese.after we ordered, they told us that there's a party in the next room so we would have to" 几个字" (a little while) for the food. so we asked them specifically how long will it take and they told us "maybe at least 20 mins".but we ordere

but we ordered already....so what did they expect us to do? leave after we placed our orders? we thought we should stay because 20 mins is a reasonable wait at any restaurant.
it took an hour in the end.
i understand that as a small cafe, there is only so much that the kitchen can do. but waiting for an hour is a little unreasonable especially when the cafe already has advance notice for parties. when u go to a restaurant, u are there to eat and is probably hungry. were they not expecting to do the business of the other customers while the party is going on in the other room? a busy kitchen is no excuse. they should be a little more prepared.
overall, the food, the price and the overall service was not worth the additional 10% charge. i've been to better upstairs cafes than this one so i don't see a point in coming to this one again.
