I like burritos, I want burritos, I need my burritos; there is no Chipotle in Hong Kong but I guess Cali-Mex will do.The one in Central (Wellington Street) is the best one among all the outlets so far. Staff are better prepared and skilled here. They take less time in making your order and getting the line going. The price is slightly pricey for "just" a burrito, but then again, it's Central .I ordered the burrito with chipotle pulled pork, black beans and salsa verde. The pork itself was tender
The one in Central (Wellington Street) is the best one among all the outlets so far. Staff are better prepared and skilled here. They take less time in making your order and getting the line going. I ordered the burrito with chipotle pulled pork, black beans and salsa verde. The pork itself was tender and well spiced. Salsa could have been colder and with more lime to add further freshness to the tastebuds. I wanted guacamole but glad I didn't because they had scooped in a salad-size-spoonful of (flavoured) sour cream, making every bite a bit too "saucy". With the beans, I was still impressed that the whole burrito was not too runny and the whole thing stayed intact till the last bite [It wasn't the case with the other outlets; my hands were soaked after only 1/3 way through the burritos].
The red cabbage in burrito was a good touch. Extra veggies in the meal are always good and cabbage had more crunch and sweetness than its friend, the bland lettuce. I actually have quick access to the two sister outlets (but not Wellington Street...). Hope they can step up the game soon so I can make Cali-Mex my designated lunch place from now on. Love the torpedo-size burrito.

The burrito bowl, minus the toritlla, is popular among ladies.
