There are two branches of Santorini in Hong Kong, one in Central and one in Wanchai.Went here for dinner.Started with banana and yoghurt smoothie which was a great wake up for the evening.Greek food is not complete without dips and it was comforting they had Taramosalata which you can commonly get in the UK.We got the dip sampler so we could try the other dips.Taramosalata (100% cod eggs with potato purée and lemon)Eggplants Dip (Chargrilled eggplant spread)Fava Beans Dip from Santorini (Yellow

Fava Beans Dip from Santorini (Yellow fava beans purée served with spring onion, capers and cherry tomatoes)
Tzatziki (Greek yogurt with cucumber and garlic)
My favourites were Taramosalata and Tzatziki which were both creamy but Taramosalata has a salty twist.
The eggplant dip is on the sweet side while the fava beans dip is nicely spiked with cumin.
There are other fillings as well but I like spinach.
