After having dinner, I always look for dessert before going home. Me and my friend were walking pass and saw this bright shop. We walked closer to see what the shop is about and found out that it's a dessert place which specialize in making mango dessert. And they use my favourite Taiwanese Irwin mango. I got the irwin mango with almond nougat parfait because I love irwin mango and almond nougat. The presentation of the dessert was beautiful. To start with, the caramel pastry which was sticking
I got the irwin mango with almond nougat parfait because I love irwin mango and almond nougat. The presentation of the dessert was beautiful. To start with, the caramel pastry which was sticking out of the parfait was very crunchy. The parfait was very hard so we need to wait for a few minutes before digging in. The irwin mango was so soft and not too sweet. The parfait was flavourful and there were lots of small pieces of almond nougat in the parfait. I could almost taste the almond nougat in every bite. They were very crunchy.

I don't know how to describe the tast but there's must be at least three different types. It gave me a refreshing taste. The best way to drink this is; firsty, just drink it without mixing it and after awhile, mix everything up and you will get another taste. The best thing about this drink is that, you can take the jar home!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!! And not only that, it flashes at the bottom as well.
