They are the most valuable asset for the hotel and this is not common in Hong Kong nowadays.
2. Food
We are surprised to find Hung Tong, which is not really famous on OpenRice nor YouTube etc. We tried several dishes in Hung Tong and they all go with skillful cooking and unforgettable local taste. Dishes are attached with pictures. I want to highlight the Fried Rice. It looks normal but tastes amazing. The rice is dry enough, every one of them is covered by egg and beef. The integration of all materials is natural and perfect. I and my friend hunt food around Hong Kong and hence Hung Tong is already on our must-try list. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
